PAYB Parent Meeting, Volunteer Checks, Turf Time

Hello PAYB Families!

A few quick updates as we move through April.

Turf time will resume on April 26th: Standard turf time,

Minors 10-11:30

Majors 11:45 - 1:15

Modifieds 1:15 - 3:00

Parent Meeting for Minors, Majors and Modified– April 22nd

(Coach Pitch and Big Bat families will have a separate parent meeting and jersey pickup at a later determined date)

The annual Parent Meeting will be held at the Proctor High School Auditorium.

April 22nd Parent Meeting Times:

Minors: 5:30 pm

Majors: 6:15 pm

Modifieds: 7:00 pm

Minors, Majors and Modified Volunteer Checks are required at the April 22nd Parent Meeting - $250

Please plan to bring your volunteer check with you to the meeting.
