Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

12th Annual Proctor Classic

No refunds after May 31st, 2026.

Proctor Area Youth Baseball

CONTACT THE BOARD BEFORE February 15th, AND RECEIVE A 100% REFUND OF THE REGISTRATION FEE, minus processing fees. CONTACT THE BOARD BETWEEN February 15th & March 15th, AND RECEIVE A 100% REFUND OF THE REGISTRATION FEE MINUS JERSEY, HAT COST, and processing fees. NO REQUESTS FOR REFUND AFTER March 15th WILL BE HONORED. EMAIL ALL REFUND REQUESTS TO: Board President - Kyle Wojtysiak - proctorareayouthbaseball@gmail.com The Proctor Area Youth Baseball Association Board reserves the right to deny any refund requests. Extenuating circumstance refund requests made after May 1st will be decided at the sole discretion of the Proctor Area Youth Baseball Association Board of Directors.
