Proctor Baseball Classic Update

Thank you all for your review of the schedules and feedback. I want to share that we feel the schedules are complete on our website and we are ready to go. Please share with your staff that updates will occur on our website and if they see something that doesn't make sense, please reach out to me.

Proctor Baseball wants to thank you all for participating in our tournament. It is our goal to give each team a positive experience and an enjoyable weekend of baseball.

A few reminders. Please share with your teams:

Please be respectful of our neighbors. Some of our fields are in close proximity to residential areas and we try to not burden them any more than we have to for our tournament. If you have sound systems, be respectful of the early morning noise levels. Don't park your vehicles in areas that impact the neighbors driveways.

Additionally, we have many youth umpires working our tournament and like all umpires, they make mistakes like the rest of us. Please treat them respectfully and I don't have a long leash for people being disrespectful. Please manage your fans.

Finally, if you run into any situations where you need to contact me as the tournament director, please call or text my cell phone. 218-590-9927. I will be running around to many locations, coaching, and putting out fires, but I will respond as quickly as I can. Check our website as well for information, especially weather related info.

Thank you again for your participation. We value our relationships with the teams who come to our tournament. We know you have other options out there and we very much value you being here.
