About Us
Proctor Area Youth Baseball's mission is to implant in children the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect for authority. We are dedicated to supporting the mission by establishing a supervised program of competitive baseball games under the Rules and Regulations of Quad Cities League.
